Chef Jose Garcia has always loved the culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his family, who came from humble beginnings as street taco vendors in the Mexican state of Michoacán.

Luz Cervantes is a passionate, confident sous chef who grew up in the beautiful city of Mexico. After leaving the corporate world she and Chef Jose decided to commence in a new venture and therefor El Torito Taqueria & Mezcal House was begun.
